CANCELLATION POLICY

Blended Beauty Hair Salon Suite – Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Blended Beauty Hair Salon Suite, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best service to all clients, the following cancellation policy applies: Appointment Deposits * A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. * Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your service. * Deposits are forfeited if the appointment is canceled outside of the allowed cancellation period. Cancellations & Rescheduling * Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. * One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 24 hours in advance. No-Shows * Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. * No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay 50% of the service cost upfront before booking future appointments. Late Arrivals * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the schedule for the day. * Late arrivals may be subject to a late fee. Same-Day Cancellations * Same-day cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit and may require a new deposit to rebook. Emergency Situations * We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Satisfaction Policy * If you experience any issues with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns.
